Housing Information

The Housing Information section will be divided into two parts: housing complexes in Goleta and housing options in Isla Vista (IV). Each housing option will be evaluated based on four key aspects, with a maximum rating of five stars provided. These aspects include rent, housing features, transportation time to school (considering the UCSB bus loop as the destination), and surrounding resources. Since IV housings are predominantly owned by different renters and lack homogeneity in their features, the website will evaluate them as a whole to discuss the similarities among IV housing options.
