Hollister Village
"Hollister Village is a nice place with good amenities. It is really convenient to have an in-unit washer and dryer. In addition, the sound insulation is good. However, for the closest bus stop with the bus to school, the bus is usually not on time. Therefore, sometimes I have to walk further to a bus stop with the more on-time bus."
Cortona Point Apartments
"Cortona Point is a quiet new and safe apartment. The house is big with plenty of amenities, including AC. The maintenance is very effective. However, the leasing office will check your deliveries and mail to prevent sublease. In addition, there's no emergency contact. I once locked myself out because I lost my key to enter the building. I can find nobody from the leasing office to help me."
Willow Springs Apartments
"I like Willow Springs. The house is big; there are plenty of amenities; the sound insulation is not bad; it is also quite cheap compared to other houses. Sometimes there could be some ants and bugs. But as long as you do the cleaning well, this shouldn't be a problem. I live in 2b2b, and Willow Springs provide 3 free parking space for our housing, which is very nice."
Arrive Los Carneros
"Los Carneros is a newly constructed place with excellent amenities. It is really good to have AC in summer. The sound insulation is average, and sometimes there would be ants. Los Carneros is quite expensive, and the bus nearby is also quite inconvenient. It is good for people who own cars to live here."
Pacific Oaks Apartments
"I live in a house in Pacific Oaks. There's also an option for apartments. The amenities are new, and the sound insulation is pretty good. However, it is hard to clean the weeds in the courtyard. Thus, some bugs may occur in the house. Since it's close to Costco and Albertsons, Pacific Oaks is a very convenient place."
Sumida Garden Apartments
"Sumida Garden is a nice place, and the overall environment is pretty good. However, a good environment leads to the occurrence of many bugs. In addition, it has poor sound insulation, which bothers me a lot. As a person who doesn't own a car, I have to call a car to go home if it's really late and there's no bus."
One Mosaic Apartments
"I think One Mosaic is one of the best housing resources in the IV area. As a housing complex, the amenities are pretty new and the basic furniture is provided, which is quite convenient for move-in. However, the sound insulation is very bad and it is even hotter than outside when inside the housing in summer. Also, sometimes I need to fight with the ants. But it is close to school with the bus stop just beneath the apartment. This saves more time for me to wake up a bit late in the morning."
IV Housing
"I think the pros and cons of IV housing are pretty obvious. The housings in IV are cheaper and closer to school, which saves money and transportation time. However, sound insulation is a problem. When there are parties in IV, it is hard to ignore the noise. In addition, the amenities are old and less than those provided in housing complexes."
